Lafayette County Extension Council election now in progress

Ballots for the 2019 Lafayette County University of Missouri Extension Council election have been put on the Lafayette County Extension website. Paper ballots are also available at the Lafayette County Extension Center, 14 E. 19th St. in Higginsville. Ballots will be accepted through Jan. 30. Chamber hears from drug task force during quarterly meeting

Pair of Concordia residents injured in traffic accident on icy road (Local News ~ 01/23/19)
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol states two Concordia residents sustained minor injuries in a traffic accident on the ice-covered interstate on Wednesday.
