Wayne E. Kuhlman
Wayne E. Kuhlman, 68, of North Kansas City died July 8, 2011, at his home. Funeral services were held Tuesday at First Christian Church at North Kansas City. Burial was in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Kuhlman was born Aug. 5, 1942, at Kansas City. He was the son of Ennis and Loretta Elling Kuhlman of Concordia. He lived at Concordia and later moved to Warrensburg. He was a graduate of Warrensburg High School. He married Lois Heins on Nov. 27, 1965, at Sweet Springs. He retired from Universal Manufacturing. He served as a scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 301 and was a member of Tribe of Mic-O-Say and Mo-Kan Search and Recovery and former member of Clay-Mo Archery. He was a member of First Christian Church.
Mr. Kuhlman is survived by his wife of the home ; a son, Jason Kuhlman of Liberty; a daughter, Mrs. Steven (Michelle) Steinkamp of Liberty; a brother, Kenneth Kuhlman of Warrensburg; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Glenn Kuhlman in 2002; and a brother, Allen Kuhlman.
The pallbearers were Kenny Kuhlman, John Kuhlman, Tom Wilson, Rodney Haesemeyer, Jody Kirchhoff and Dianna Kuhlman.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Boy Scout Troop 301.
Arrangements were made by Park Lawn Northland Chapel at Liberty.
