Wayne Paul

Wayne Paul, 72, of Concordia died July 19, 2012, at his home. Funeral services were held Saturday at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Chapel in Concordia with the Rev. Jerry Paul officiating. The body was cremated.

Mr. Paul was born Feb. 8, 1940, at Sedalia. He was the son of Oscar and Marjorie Bailey Paul. On Jan. 3, 1959, he married Joyce Ann Stiegemeyer. He lived in Concordia most of his life where he and his wife owned several businesses, including Southside Garage and Wayne Paul, Inc. He was a member of Bethel United Church of Christ in Concordia.

He is survived by his wife of the home; two sons, Randy Paul of Concordia and Chris Paul of Blue Springs; a daughter, Mrs. Gale (Carol) Bogle of Tahlequah, Okla.; two brothers, Larry Paul of Independence and Ray Don Paul of Higginsville; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Mark Paul; and a sister, Helen Rehkop.
