Neal Evert

Neal Evert, 76, of Urbandale, Ill., and a former Concordia resident, died Aug. 20, 2012, at Mercy Hospice-Johnston at Des Moines, Iowa. A private inurnment will be in the Iowa Veterans Cemetery near Van Meter at a later date. The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Iles Funeral Home-Westover Chapel at Des Moines.

Evert was a brother of Jim Evert of Concordia.
