Vietnamese! It's what's for dinner

Students serve Vietnamese food to Concordia R-2 Board of Education members prior to their regular meeting this past Friday. The dinner is a tradition for teacher Mike Trautman's Viet-Nam class. The full menu included crab cakes, tilapia, chicken baked in garlic, ginger and lemon grass, a fruit cocktail and sticky-rice cakes among other items. (Sarah Reed/The Concordian)
