Vicki Montgomery Limback
Vicki Montgomery Limback, 73, of Alma, died Sunday, June 24, 2018, at Meyer Care Center in Higginsville.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 28, 2018, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Alma, with the Rev. Timothy Miille officiating. Burial will follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery in the Flora community in Lafayette County. Visitation will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Pallbearers are Reid Limback, Lyn Limback, Terry Limback, Doug Limback, Patrick McKeage, Matthew McKeage, Wayne Stoll, Shawn Limback, Kevin Montgomery, Michael Gaither and Robert Kline. Born August 7, 1944, in Walnut Ridge, Ark., Vicki was the daughter of the late Robert Montgomery and Nora Collard Montgomery. She was a 1962 graduate of Walnut Ridge High School. On June 12, 1976, she married Richard Limback, who survives of the home. She lived in the Alma and Corder area most of her life and worked in the Lafayette County Circuit Clerk’s office for over 20 years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church where she served on the finance committee.
In addition to her husband, Richard; she is survived by two children, Darren Limback and wife Amanda, of Higginsville, and Jacqueline Rechterman (Travis) of Higginsville; three grandchildren, Tyler, Cade and Oakley; one brother, John Montgomery of Colorado; one sister, Penny Kline of Texas; as well as nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Vicki was preceded in death by one sister, Lyn Montgomery.
