A very talented group of young ladies took the stage for the 2018 Concordia Fall Festival Queen Contest Talent on Tuesday, Sept. 4. When the votes were tallied, Justice Workman received the crown and robe to begin her reign as 2018 Fall Festival Queen.
Workman is the 17-year-old daughter of Jessica and Russell Marlin, and Conrad and Aisa Workman, and is a senior at Concordia High School. Workman (center) was joined on stage by (left) second runner up Shelby Koch, a junior at Concordia High School and the daughter of Dean and Debbie Koch, and (right) first runner-up Katie Rehkop, a senior at Saint Paul Lutheran High School and the daughter of Harry and Krista Rehkop.
Workman also was awarded Miss Congeniality by the judges. She and her court will serve at various events throughout the duration of this year’s Fall Festival. In addition, Workman will be eligible to represent Concordia at the Missouri State Fair Queen Contest in the summer of 2019.
