Linda Dee Hartman Neece
Linda Dee Hartman Neece, 70, of Kansas City, formerly of Sweet Springs, died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018, at her home.
Memorial services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, 2018, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Concordia, with Rev. Bill Koch and William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home. Inurnment will be in Fairview Cemetery in Sweet Springs. Born March 10, 1948, in Warrensburg, she was the daughter of the late Clyde James Hartman and Elizabeth Friedly Hartman. She was a 1966 graduate of Sweet Springs High School. On June 11, 1966, she married George J. (Jack) Neece, who survives of the home. She worked at Roberts-Worley Medical Clinic in Sweet Springs and Carondelet Home Health in Blue Springs. She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Sweet Springs and has lived in Kansas City the last 18 years.
Linda was one of God’s angels on earth with her intelligence, her out-going, positive, loving, caring, can-do, infectious personality who helped people that God brought into her life who need an uplifting, positive boost spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and personally without expecting anything in return.
In addition to her husband Jack, Linda is survived by one son, Eric J. Neece and fiancée Lori Brinkmeyer of Kansas City; and five grandchildren: Nick Sands (Kelsey), Grace Neece, Daniel Brinkmeyer, Natalie Brinkmeyer and Justyn Osar (Cristy Garcia).
