Concordia Police Department makes drug related arrest
At approximately 1:44 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 15, 2019, officers from the Concordia Police Department conducted a drug investigation at a residence located on the 1200 block of S. Bismark St. in Concordia. The investigation began due to officers observing marijuana plants growing in the back yard. Officers conducted a search of the house and found more drugs and drug processing equipment.
Marcus Baldwin, age 23, of Concordia, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Baldwin was booked, and then later released pending state charges.
