Margel Judith Harrison
Margel Judith Harrison, age 69, of Concordia, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2019, at Northcare Hospice House in North Kansas City.
Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2019, at Concordia Baptist Church, with Rev. John Cox officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 2, 2019, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Concordia. Inurnment will be in Concordia Baptist Cemetery. Born Jan. 24, 1950, in Independence, she was the daughter of the late Siegel “Bud” and Beulah “Bea” (Weekly) Clements. She graduated from Knob Noster High School in the class of 1968. She then attended Central Missouri State University. On June 28, 1986, she was united in marriage to James L. Harrison at First Baptist Church in Concordia. She worked as a nurses’ aide at the Lutheran Good Shepherd Home in Concordia. She was a member of Concordia Baptist Church, a Sunday school teacher, librarian, worked in the nursery and with the GA program. She enjoyed reading, spending time with her children and grandchildren and was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.
Marge is survived by her husband, James L. Harrison of the home; two children, Tim Williams and wife, Audrey, of Blue Springs; and Ramona Dunn and husband, John, also of Blue Springs; one brother, Steve Clements of Springfield; one stepsister, Pat Phelps and husband, Jack, of Holden; one stepbrother, Ed Clements of Georgia; and five grandchildren, Lizzy Williams, Kendall Williams, Kaiya Dunn, Morgan Dodson and Kody Dodson.
In addition to her parents, Marge was preceded in death by one brother, Bill Clements; and one sister, Lois Turner.
